Domiko Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Domiko (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Domiko service — a platform for discovering rental apartments, available at https://domiko.me and through our Telegram Mini App.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Domiko and when our systems interact with third-party platforms, including TikTok for Developers.

2. Who this policy applies to

• Users of Domiko — people who browse listings, use the website, or open our Telegram Mini App.
• TikTok integration — our server publishes videos to Domiko’s official TikTok account only. End users of Domiko do not log in to TikTok through our app and do not grant us access to their TikTok profiles.

3. Information we collect

3.1. When you use Domiko (website / Telegram Mini App)

• Technical data (IP address, device type, browser, session identifiers).
• Data you provide voluntarily (e.g. search preferences, favorites, messages to our bot).
• Listing and usage data necessary to show apartment offers and improve the service.

3.2. TikTok for Developers (server-side integration)

To publish videos on Domiko’s TikTok account, our backend uses TikTok’s Content Posting API. For this integration we may store and process:

• OAuth access and refresh tokens (authorized once by the Domiko account owner).
• TikTok open_id and basic account metadata returned by the API (e.g. display name, avatar URL) — scope user.info.basic.
• Creator account settings required for posting (e.g. privacy options, posting limits) — via creator_info API calls.
• Logs of publish requests (video title, publish status, error messages).

We do not receive TikTok passwords. We do not access private messages or followers of Domiko users through TikTok.

3.3. Other social platforms

Domiko may publish content to other platforms (e.g. YouTube, Instagram, Facebook) using similar server-side integrations. Those platforms process data under their own privacy policies.

4. How we use information

We use data to:

• Provide and improve the apartment search service.
• Publish marketing videos about rental listings on Domiko’s official social accounts.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug technical issues.
• Comply with applicable law.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

5. Legal basis and TikTok permissions

6. Data storage and security

• Tokens and integration data are stored on secure servers controlled by Domiko.
• Access is limited to authorized administrators.
• We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

7. Data retention

• OAuth tokens are kept while the TikTok integration is active and refreshed as needed.
• If the integration is disabled, tokens are deleted within a reasonable period.
• Server logs are retained for a limited time for operations and security.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

9. Children

Domiko is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published at https://domiko.me/privacy-policy. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
