Domiko Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Domiko at https://domiko.me, our Telegram Mini App, or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. About Domiko

Domiko provides tools to discover rental apartment listings. Listings are aggregated from public sources and partner channels. Domiko is an information service; we are not a party to rental agreements between users and property owners or agents.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using Domiko, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Not scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt our systems.
• Not misrepresent listing information or impersonate others.
• Verify important details (price, availability, contract terms) directly with landlords or agents before making decisions.

We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse or violations of these Terms.

5. TikTok and other social media integrations

Domiko operates server-side integrations with social platforms, including TikTok Content Posting API.

• Videos are published to Domiko’s official TikTok account to promote rental listings.
• Users of Domiko do not authenticate with TikTok inside our application. OAuth authorization is performed once by the Domiko account owner to connect our backend to TikTok.
• Published content complies with TikTok Community Guidelines (https://www.tiktok.com/community-guidelines) and applicable laws.
• Domiko is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok except as a registered developer application.

If you interact with Domiko content on TikTok, your use of TikTok is governed by TikTok’s own terms and policies.

6. Intellectual property

• Domiko name, logo, website design, and original materials are owned by Domiko or its licensors.
• Apartment photos and descriptions may belong to third parties; rights remain with their respective owners.
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute Service content for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing;
• that apartments shown are still available;
• uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Domiko is not responsible for transactions, disputes, or damages arising from rentals arranged outside our platform.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOMIKO AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $100 IF NO FEES WERE PAID).

9. Third-party services

The Service may link to Telegram, TikTok, Meta, Google, and other third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use those services directly.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is published at https://domiko.me/terms-of-service. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

We may stop providing the Service or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason permitted by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Domiko, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts at the operator’s place of business shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
